Policy

Club-4-Kids is an hourly Childcare Center in Centennial, Colorado, that adheres to a strict parent policy. This is to ensure the safety and welfare of your children while in our learning facility.

Parent-Staff Communication
Let us make your child's stay a positive experience. We encourage parents to closely coordinate with our staff to ensure that the children's needs are properly met. If your child has special requirements, please let us know immediately.


Drop-Off and Pickup Policy
Upon your child's arrival at our center, you must sign in his or her name on our daily log sheet. Please include an emergency number and other special instructions. If anyone other than the signing parent will pick up your child, please notify us immediately. That designated person must know your "code word" and submit proper identification. If suspected of being intoxicated, the person picking up your child must provide another driver prior to the child's discharge.


Colorado Department of Human Services Regulations
Club-4-Kids is fully licensed by the State of Colorado to accommodate a maximum of 40 children per hour. According to the Department of Human Services, a child may not stay longer than six hours. In accordance with the CDHS standards, we require the following:


• Current Immunization Record File of Your Child
• Dated Statement of the Child's Health Status Signed by an Approved Health Professional who has Seen the Child within the Last 12 Months
• Report Any Suspected Child Abuse (A How to Report Child Abuse form is Available for All Parents, as Required by Colorado Law)
